CCM Builders
(aka Coronado Construction Management)
We are a longtime family run business by father and son. Originally from Denver, CO, we have been in San Diego since the early 1990's. Our focus has primarily been in the South Bay (Imperial Beach, Coronado, Chula Vista).
Our streamlined style of management allows the flexibility to meet its needs, communicate with vendors, consultants and owners, and all the requirements of completing projects as planned.
Our combined professionals have varied backgrounds as developer, contractor, financing and management. We provide the knowledge and experience capable of meeting all project requirements from initial planning stages through project development, implementation, build-out and completion.
Ralph Brienza
Ralph has been a general contractor and real estate developer for over 40 years. His experience in the industry has enabled him to work on nearly every type of project from land, resort hotels, multifamily, single family residential, self storage, restaurants and commercial projects. In Denver, Colorado where he built over 400 homes, over 10 million square feet of commercial office and industrial buildings, and several other real estate projects including a hotel in Vail, CO.
David Brienza
David is a real estate, finance and development professional with over 20 years experience in the acquisition and development of land, resort hotels, multifamily, single family residential, self storage, restaurant and commercial properties. His construction and development company and has been responsible for design, planning, and entitlements, working with local stakeholder’s, government entities, and industry leaders. David also spent 9 years as an Asset Manager at Bank of America’s - Commercial Real Estate Group, managing complex commercial real estate loan portfolio in excess of $400 million
